This is great! Listen to this. An unbelievably raucous live album culled from two 2011 shows at L.A.'s Wiltern Theater (and liberated from a crazy-pricey box set), TROTSSS is career-spanning in the best way, Mr. Costello roaring joyfully through both mega-hits (seven stormy minutes of "Watching the Detectives") and deep cuts (he sings the hell out of the Burt Bacharach collab "All Grown Up"). Susanna Hoffs shows up, Nick Lowe and the Stones get covered, and there's some loopy banter about "the hostage-to-fortune go-go cage." Plus dig the breakneck "Radio Radio" that lasts, like, 30 seconds.
