Both the movie and soundtrack to Head were minding-blowing commercial bombs that have deservedly grown in stature over the years. The brilliant "Porpoise Song" (Goffin/King go psychedelic with ease), the Eastern-tinged dread of "Can You Dig It," and the English music hall of "Daddy's Song" are only three of the highlights. A head-trip worth taking.
