As T.I. raps on "G' Sh*t," Paperwork has an "old hustle, new flow." He's entered his Jay Z phase, chasing pop hits alongside Iggy Azalea ("No Mediocre"), Chris Brown ("Private Show") and Pharrell, who produces several cuts. Perhaps it explains his self-righteous anger -- "Kill or be killed" he advises on "About My Issue" -- as he mulls over his checkered past ("Oh Yeah" and "New National Anthem") and aims for radio play. The best tracks, "On Doe, On Phil" (with Trae) and "Light Em (RIP Doe B)," arrive near the end. He's gotta get his Paperwork first.
